This govt order clarifies the following doubts on obc creamy layer: 1. If your father is a class I officer and he retires. whether you are creamy or non-creamly layer/ 2.If your father is class III employee and later promoted to class I, whether you are coming under creamy layer. this order the Letter nO.369033/2/2004/estt(res) dated 14 october 2004
